These values can't be beat! Located immediately across from Kamaole III Beach Park with the same sun and tropical setting as more expensive complexes, our spacious 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bath ocean view condominium in Hale Kamaole Resort has everything you'll need for a comfortable vacation.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and twin beds in the sleeping loft provide plenty of sleeping space for a family of 6. The entire condo was completely remodeled in August 2002. Comments in our guest book show guests are happy with the changes.

We are located in a very quiet part of the complex but close to one of the pools and tennis courts. For your convenience, we have a washer/dryer and iron & board in the unit. We also have air conditioning in both bedrooms, cable TV and DVD, stereo system and free local phone with an answering machine. High speed internet is available for a fee.

The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances, cabinets, counter tops and flooring and comes equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker and rice maker, etc. - everything you'll need for an easy living style.

  • rates quoted are daily and include departure cleaning
    (except for stays of less than 7 nights).
  • $10 per night for each additional adult
    (children 13+ are considered adults, normal occupancy is 4 adults and up to 2 children)
  • minimum five night stay
    (14 nights during holidays)
  • deposit of $200 per week is due at time of reservation
  • balance due 60 days prior to arrival date

Cancellations:
We recommend travel insurance to help manage the unexpected. We hope it doesn't happen, but if it does...

  • prior to balance due date: $75 administration fee.
  • after balance due date: no refund. you are liable for full payment.
    If the unit can be re-rented, a pro rata refund will be issued.
